Thank you for shopping with Leencart Store. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

Please note:

  • Processing time does not include shipping time

  • Orders may be delayed during high-volume periods, holidays, or supplier issues

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped directly from our supplier.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 10–15 business days

  • This is our default and most economical shipping option

Express / Fast Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 6–10 business days

  • Additional charges may apply

  • Delivery time depends on carrier and destination

⚠️ Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, or other factors are beyond our control.


3. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to supported domestic and international locations.
Shipping availability may vary depending on the product and supplier.

If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified and your order may be canceled and refunded.


4. Accurate Shipping Address Requirement

Customers are fully responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please double-check:

  • Street address

  • Apartment/unit number

  • City, state, postal/ZIP code

  • Country

🚫 Leencart Store is NOT responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid addresses provided by the customer.


5. Lost, Misplaced, or Undeliverable Orders

  • Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully fulfilled

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after delivery

  • We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect address information

If an order is returned to the supplier due to address issues, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.


6. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • A tracking number (when available)

Tracking updates may take 3–7 business days to appear in the system.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • Leencart Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance


8. Shipping Delays

Leencart Store is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Global supply chain disruptions

Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds.


9. Split Shipments

Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages due to supplier availability.
In such cases, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.


10. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect or missing item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or video evidence

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.


11. Policy Changes

Leencart Store reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will apply to future orders only.
